What is PropertyRadar?

PropertyRadar is a Nigerian property listing platform that connects buyers, renters, and real estate agents. You can browse thousands of property listings and contact listers directly via WhatsApp.

Who can use the platform?

Anyone can browse listings without an account. To list a property, you need to register — whether you are an individual property owner or a professional real estate agent.

Is PropertyRadar free to use for visitors?

Yes, completely. Browsing listings and contacting listers via WhatsApp is free for visitors. Charges only apply to the property lister side.

Listings

What do I need to publish a listing?

To publish a property, you need two things: an active listing slot and sufficient credits in your account. Without both, your listing will not go live.

What is a listing slot?

A listing slot is a purchased slot that allows you to have a property live on the platform for a set duration. Different slot types have different durations. When a slot expires, the listing goes offline automatically.

What happens when my listing slot expires?

Your listing goes offline immediately and is no longer visible to visitors. You can renew your slot at any time to bring it back online.

Can I have multiple listings at once?

Yes. Each active listing requires its own listing slot. You can purchase as many slots as you need to manage multiple properties simultaneously.

Credits & Billing

What are credits?

Credits are the currency used to keep your listings live on PropertyRadar. Each time a unique visitor contacts you via WhatsApp through one of your listings, ₦70 is deducted from your credit balance.

How does the ₦70 per contact charge work?

Every time a visitor clicks the WhatsApp button on your listing for the first time, ₦70 is deducted from your credits. If the same visitor contacts you on multiple listings, you are charged ₦70 per listing — up to a maximum of 10 listings per visitor. After 10 contacts from the same visitor, no further charges apply.

What happens when my credits run out?

Your listings go offline immediately. They will not be visible to any visitors until you top up your credits. We recommend keeping your credit balance healthy to avoid interruptions.

Can I get a refund on my credits?

No. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review our Terms of Service for full details on our no-refund policy.

Will I be charged if the same visitor contacts me multiple times on the same listing?

No. The ₦70 charge only applies once per unique visitor per listing. Repeat contacts from the same visitor on the same listing do not incur additional charges.

Account

How do I create an account?

Click the "Register" button on the homepage and fill in your details. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.

Can my account be suspended?

Yes. Accounts that violate our Terms of Service — such as posting fake listings or engaging in fraudulent activity — may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

How do I delete my account?

Please contact us via WhatsApp and we will process your account deletion request. Note that unused credits and listing slots are non-refundable upon deletion.
