1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropertyRadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and property listers.

2. Who Can Use This Platform

PropertyRadar is open to individuals and real estate agents who wish to list or find properties. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and list properties. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Listing Slots

To publish a property on PropertyRadar, you must have an active listing slot. Listing slots have defined durations and may vary by type. Please note:

• A listing slot is required to make any property visible on the platform.
• Slots are non-transferable and tied to your account.
• When a slot expires, the associated listing will go offline immediately.
• You may renew or purchase additional slots at any time.

4. Credits System

In addition to listing slots, active listings require credits to remain live on the platform. Credits are consumed when visitors contact you through WhatsApp via your listing. Please note:

• When your credits are exhausted, your listing will go offline immediately and will no longer be visible to potential buyers or renters.
• You can top up your credits at any time to restore your listings.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• All credit purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Pay-Per-Contact Pricing

PropertyRadar charges listers on a pay-per-contact basis. Each time a unique visitor initiates contact with you via WhatsApp through your listing, a fee of ₦70 is deducted from your credits. The following rules apply:

• A charge of ₦70 is applied per unique visitor contact per listing.
• If a single visitor contacts you across multiple listings, you will be charged for each individual listing contacted — up to a maximum of 10 listings per visitor.
• Once a visitor has contacted you on 10 different listings, no further charges will be incurred for that visitor regardless of how many additional listings they contact.
• This cap resets per visitor and is designed to protect listers from excessive charges.

6. Listing Rules & Prohibited Content

All listings must be genuine, accurate, and lawful. You agree not to:

• Post fake, duplicate, or misleading property listings.
• List properties you do not own or have no authority to list.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Upload offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse content from the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any listing and suspend any account that violates these rules without prior notice or refund.

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made on PropertyRadar — including credit purchases and listing slot fees — are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed. We encourage you to review your needs carefully before making any purchase. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will investigate.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused credits or listing slots.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PropertyRadar is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not verify the accuracy of property listings and are not responsible for transactions, disputes, or agreements made between listers and visitors outside of the platform. Always conduct due diligence before committing to any property transaction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
